Updated…A few years ago i had a wheel seal fail within 3000 miles of it being repaired.Today my business partner went in to get a simple air fitting for a cummins isx turbo air shut off solenoid and dismissed her without checking for anything. You will be loosing my company’s business and a few other iam involved withs businessUpdatedWell the part is for a isx cummins on a volvo, and it is a metric thread pitch, and it is the same fitting as what is used on the air bags on the 18 & up replacement airbags on a cascadia. My complaint is that you guys never bothered to even look as the part was there. And the part was in hand.Along with as the wheel seal failure, there was nothing resolved as i ended up do the repairs myself, i have also had several bad deals when getting parts there this isnt the only time that there have been issues l with the parts counter there. I will continue to deal with Istate in great falls for our freightliners. As i get better treatment there. And you guys are my local dealer.

Took the truck in 3 times for the same problem and they never did get it fixed. Each time they said it was good to go and the next day the same issue and then Ronnie in service is the worst service writer I have ever seen, such a big mouth and knows nothing.This isn't the first time this place can't get a repair done correctly.I would bypass this place.

Unfortunately today I had some truck failures with my deaf system derated to 55. Mph made it here to Floyd's truck center bright and early knocking at the door 8:00 a.m. spoke to Rahny, pronounce, Ronnie.. such a happy person to talk to. This is absolutely been the most greatest experience I've ever had at a Freightliner dealership. My whole career my truck is been fixed and I'm on the road and honestly have to say it's also the cheapest I've been out of the dealership ever before. I have absolutely no bad things to say about my experience here today. Great job! Thank you so much!

We had a major breakdown of our Sprinter van while heading out of Bozeman. I had unwittingly filled the tank with diesel instead of gas and you can imagine how unbelievably stupid I felt. Rhauny in the service department took us under her wing and was so kind, so wonderfully take-charge of the situation that our despair turned to relief and gratitude that we and our damaged van landed at Floyd's. The damage to the engine was extensive but they got our van repaired and running again. Deep thanks to Rhauny and the whole crew over at Floyd's. And I promise to never put gas in a deisal engine ever, ever again!

We needed to stop here when we were on the road when we had a check engine light in our camper van. They were amazing. Super knowledgeable and friendly! They answered all our questions to help us better understand how our vehicle worked. Thank you so much for the great customer service!

Was told to bring in my rig for a quick recall, and once I arrived, I was told they couldn't get to it. Thanks.We already had an appointment... I called the day before and insured I would be able to bring it in as I drove through. Your response is short sighted assuming I didn't have an appointment.Hope you resolve the issues at your service desk for potential future customers.

Stop at Floyd’s truck to replace my water pump for my semi, I didn’t think they could do it so fast, NiKi went above and beyond….i was surprised when she came to get me, telling me the truck was done…hands down best customer service I’ve ever had. Come see NiKi. She’s Amazing. Thanks a lot

only complaint is how small of a location it is and only having gravel for you to drop possibly loaded trailers on. Niki in the service department is an absolute boss at getting things done as she was helping 3 other drivers while still taking care of me. the other 2 ladies at the service desk have awesome attitudes but Niki was the one who helped me. got me in, got me fixed, and got me going. 2 days even with having to order a part is pretty top notch if you ask me

Went in to get a seal on my Sprinter replaced. I told them exactly what I wanted to get done, so no diagnostics was required. It was an easy straightforward repair that you can watch on youtube. When I picked up my vehicle, the bill came out to $1700 which included 7 hours of work at a rate of $200/hour. If you charge that much per hour, you better get the job done in a minimum of time. I complained and they adjusted the bill to $1100, which I then asked to talk to the shop manager. He asked me how much I am willing to pay and we ended up settling at $885 - still way too high for this job. You might ask yourself, aren't there tables that spell out how much time each repair job should take and charge accordingly? I think the shop manager realized that they miscalculated and adjusted the price, but how many customers are just gonna pay whatever is being asked of them? I came away very disappointed of Floyds and feel like I have been taken advantage of.

I had a low fuel issue on my sprinter that was a mystery with no real fault code to tell where the problem was. The great team at Floyd's helped to get me in to check the codes a few times to see if a part was faulty. The great team at Folyd's really worked with me to figure out what was wrong and fixed it.
