Rocky Mountain Suppy is a farm and ranch supply store with a gas station and Hero's Subs inside the building. RMS sells everything from chips and soda (in the gas station convenience store) to rabbit food pellets and animal medical care supplies. It is kind of a one stop shop for local ranchers. My favorite thing about RMS is being able to get gas, pet food and a delicious lunch from Hero's all at once in one stop.

Advertised price on an item on the front page of their flyer and refused to honor the price. Asked kindly what they were willing to do to try and honor it and they said nothing other than offer a different box at $37.99

The staff are mostly fabulous and knowledgeable. Smiling and ready to help.My only feedback would be to work with employees to find a different approach than saying, " that's not my department" or, " I can't because I'm the only person working the counter".Is that a walkie-talkie? Get someone!!!

I called with someone transferring me to a number with no answer except a phone number to text/call for questions. I texted only to find out that employee no longer worked there for over a year. She, Brittany, still answered my question with the upmost customer service. The Company has refused to take the message down so I bothered a person who did not work there. I do not see where it is fair for her to still get text/calls for a Company she is no longer working for. Why was she giving me the customer service and not the Company? I am disappointed in the Company but give THANKS to Brittany.

Always get gas here I like browsing inside it's been recently been remodeled and has Hero's sub shop inside they have everything from hunting to farming to cloths. Great place

Stopped in numerous times over the last three years for propane fills (best prices for small quantities in the region) and occasional hard goods. Prices are reasonable, and staff have always been professional, if not outright friendly. I find it hard to imagine why anyone would give this place a 1-star review.
