Our company has been working with North Park extensively since 2021, throughout Montana. We work with them on a daily basis. In that time, we have had very few issues with them, and when there are issues, they have been great working with us on getting them fixed. Their drivers have been extremely friendly, helpful and easy to work with. Our North Park representative - Kristy, has been a pleasure to work with, and is always on the ball to assist with anything we need. We have dealt with a lot of trucking companies over the years, and North Park is right at the top. They have been a great partner, and we value our relationship with them. I would highly recommend their company and team!!

Horrible customer service. Unfulfilled promises on delivery date, and they REFUSE to guarantee a delivery date. How can a transportation company only deliver when they feel like it? The best I could get out of them is "We will see where we deliver next week, and hopefully your location is chosen" Absolutely unacceptable. Suggest all avoid this company at all costs.

this company is a joke. One guy showed up with an extremely heavy item and I watched him proceed to almost destroy some of my property landscape. They accepted responsibility of the freight and they couldn't even delivery it properly. I had to physically help him move the item. You better watch them like a hawk if they show up to your property, these guys just don't care.

The rudest experience. Driver refused to get out of his truck after I acknowledge him of where to deliver. I went inside for a minute and driver left without delivering the items. I phoned the office and got a rude agent, stating that they would not deliver and I would have to pick the items up. By far, the most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with.

Incredibly rude employees in the office. Can not believe they speak to people the way that they do. They claim they have no way to contact the drivers. Go elsewhere. The delivery driver was super nice and professional. Office staff is horrible.

Obviously incapable of meeting their end of the transportation loop. Keep you expectations really low and good luck. You're going to need it.
