I use mountain west through AAA a to come get my pick up. It took them longer to get there than they said . My battery was dead, so it didn't start. My truck had a snowplow blade on the front of it at the time. AAA said it was okay , but they said that they weren't to tow it with that with the blade on the front, so he left. He didn't care.I guess they got plenty of work. I'll never use them again.I'll go to some company that can do it all.

Great service!!! My car’s radiator went out on the side of the road at night, Chris towed the car and we had some laughs on the way to the auto shop! Thank you ??

My experience with Mountain West was terrible. Waited for him to show up. When he got out of truck did not greet me just started walking toward vehicle. Asked me what I thought was wrong with it, told him I thought was the starter .Asked if I had license plate which I did not. He got in his truck was talking on phone for awhile. Never said a word to me and just drove off. He was rude. I talked to Mountain West and the office said he had only been there 2 weeks. In my opinion 2 weeks to long

Matt from Mountain West came when I requested AAA assistance. While he wasn't able to immediately solve my issue, he quickly diagnosed the problem and offered several suggestions to fix it. Using his recommendation, I was able to inexpensively try to fix it myself. I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely use Mountain West Towing in the future.

My car had a dead battery when I flew into Bozeman in late June. I was stressed because I had a three hour drive ahead of me to get to a family wedding. Mountain West arrived quickly via AAA. Bob, the Mountain West driver, was incredibly nice and professional. He diagnosed the battery and checked for other possible issues. He installed a new battery quickly and also checked the tires. I've never had an auto experience as impressive and just plain nice as this one. Huge kudos to Bob! He is the BEST.

Montana West Towing was extremely helpful, and had a very fast service. Bob helped me, he was awesome to talk to and very knowledgeable and shared a lot of insight in my truck. An awesome experience, well as awesome as a towing experience can be for getting towed

No one wants car trouble, but Mountain West was quick and helpful. I did not select this company as AAA contacted them in my behalf, but I would gladly use them again. They walked me through everything and provided excellent customer service on the spot. Thank you!

Amazing service. I had my CR-V towed to the shop through AAA and Chris at Mountain West Towing was super professional. Chris made loading the car look effortless and the experience excellent. Would highly recommend.

Matt is amazing and is the only good thing that came out of getting in an accident! I was in a collision and Mountain West towed my vehicle. Matt and the team have been so nice, responsive and helpful. Can’t say enough good things …. I only wish the insurance company was as easy to deal with as Mountain West!

Donald is an amazing dude, I had an unforeseen no crank no start issue with my 4runner and he came within 30 minutes of calling triple A and he helped me get my vehicle started without even towing it back to my house! Great guy! Had some good stories too thanks Donald

We are working with this place while we figure out the insurance and buy back mess. The owners have been so understanding and very helpful to us. They have made everything that they can, as easy as possible from their end. We appreciate them!
