“It’s been just over two weeks since we came in and Dylan assisted us in switching over from AT&T to Verizon. We took advantage of the promo and upgraded 2 of our phones. Unfortunately there were some delays with porting over and I worried that the store was closing soon and we’d have to come back the next day. Not to worry though. Dylan said he’d make sure we were up and running and that he’d stay after hours to ensure that. We also added an iPad and Apple Watches to our plan.
