I have used this shop previously and was very impressed so when I bought an old truck and the glass was broken I decided that I would go back. I am so disappointed in the work! I can not believe they couldn’t figure out how to remove the glass. They obviously had an amateur working on my truck. They bent the cowling and continued to create MOrE damage trying to complete the job. They didn’t care that they were actually breaking my truck! Almost like they did it on purpose. I do not understand why, if they didn’t have the proper knowledge to complete the work, would they continue to create more damage. Then my husband went to talk to them and he was told “ you signed paper saying we are not responsible for damage done here” … what? Really? The work is absolutely the worse and done on purpose just to be mean. I am shocked that they did this. I would have never imagined they would be capable of this kind of trash work. They even left globs of silicone and in some spots there isn’t any silicone. The top of my windshield has a gap so big you can see daylight through it. Makes me sad that they would even give this back to the customer in the condition I got my truck. Check out the pictures. It’s amazing. No stars…Total waste of money and time.

My go to, he has done at least three windshields for me personally and more when I was managing a fleet of trucks. Have learned though not all windshields are created equal. Don't hesitate to ask for and pay a little more fore a good one. Some of the cheepos that tend to be mexo have nasty air pockets in them and cloud up and fog up like crazy. But when I get around to it I'll call him again for that one.Service: Windscreen replacement

I highly recommend Eric at Glass by Image! Super kind, professional, quick and AFFORDABLE. He was way more affordable than the other places in town AND he came TO MY HOUSE! He was right on time and replaced my windshield in an hour. Reliable, Affordable, Professional, Efficient. This company gets 5 stars from me! Great experience.

Called 4 other places to get an estimate on replacing the driver's side window in my car. This place was cheaper by $10-20. Great service for a great price. My go-to window repair place!
