We broke down on I-90 just outside of Three Forks MT, We called Best Rate on a Saturday afternoon for a tow. They were very helpful we had our truck and fifth wheel RV. They were helpful in helping us find a RV park to stay at. They sent 2 trucks out to rescue us from the side of I-90 and both guys they sent out were very nice and friendly, they were also very thorough and did a great job getting our family to the RV park were we chose to be towed to. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roadside assistance in the Bozeman/Belgrade MT area.

Friday the 9th trailer tire blew out. I was traveling with my grandson and 3 dogs.. I was scared we were on west Yellowstone in Montana on the worst bi way for accidents and deaths. No cell signal at all. I was stranded and didn't know my surroundings well enough to navigate to a safe place. I put on my hazards and waited for a miracle. Thank God we didn't wait long when a tow truck pulled in front of us and check on us got us to a turnout to access the damage. Thank goodness we were prepared for almost everytehing. The nice young man was my night in shining armor that night a God send really. Thank you I don't remember getting his name but I thank you so much for getting us out of an unsafe situation and back on the road. The timing couldn't have been better. If we ever find ourselves in need of help again most definitely I'm calling best rate towing. I didn't have to call for them to be there the first time it just happened. Thanks again so much Great Rate everytime

This company sent me a bill demanding nearly $700 dollars in towing and storage fees for a vehicle I didn't own. One quick call to my attorney and he stated I was not at all responsible for their bill. But I find it pretty suspicious that they sent me their bill only when all fees are nearly at a grand.
Update: No, I'm now going to do that.

Above and beyond customer service & towing service. Had a bit of a unique situation and the office staff and tow truck operator did so much more than they had to to help me out. Highly recommend these guys!

930pm I called three other tow companies nobody answered My car.

Many of their drivers are rude and treat customers awful, sometimes they send inadequate sized trucks. One of their drivers hit my work truck with his truck just driving by it and had the nerve to complain to my boss about me because I refused to be a part of his unsafe practices or take his very nasty verbal accosting. I guess he wanted to beat me to the complaining. They have multiple rude drivers. If they do not like their job pulling bobtails out of the snow in the mountains then they need a new job
