“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I brought my ranch pickup in looking like it had been run up and down a dirt road about 194 thousand miles (because it had) — check engine light on, weird noises, maybe a family of raccoons living under the hood… who knows.
As just a girl trying to keep things between the lines, I was fully prepared to be overwhelmed. Luckily Travis is a total lifesaver. They didn’t talk down to me, didn’t overcharge me, and somehow managed to fix literally everything that was going wrong with my truck — including the things I didn’t even know were broken.
Cady co got me back on the road fast, and now ranch rig Betty drives like it’s 2003 again. Highly recommend if you’ve got a ranch rig that’s been rode hard and put up wet (or just any pickup, really).
Also, he just laughed at my “I think my truck is mad at me” explanation instead of judging me. 10/10 would break down again just to come back.”

“We called in short notice for a truck repair and they were able to get us in first thing. Checking in was smooth and the technician greeted us at our truck within minutes. The technician did a great job finding the source of a hard to get into air leak and was able to fabricate the air line and get us back on the road in just a few hours. The repair bill was fare and we did not feel our situation of needing repair while on the road away from home was taken advantage of. All the employees we came into contact with were personable. Our only improvement request would be to have coffee available for the wait. There are vending machines, television and a microwave, along with restrooms. Again, we appreciated the service provided and the people we had contact with.”
