Nice helpful driver, but it took over 3 hours. They were very off on their approximated pick up time, instead of 60-90 minutes it took 3 hours just to arrive, and much longer to get on the trailer & to our destination (a few miles away).

I called them needing a jump start. Guy answered and placed me on hold. Ten minutes later I hang up and call back. Same thing.

Imagine 2:00 a.m. in the parking lot of the airport with your 5-year-old, and a literal on the rims flat, you're not sure you can drive on. Enter
Anderson towing, the only local towing company to answer their phone at 2:00 a.m. And the incomparable Nemo, who was kind, helpful and courteous beyond compare.
Thank you to everyone in the office, and to the amazing Nemo. We made it home and everything was right in the world, and the cost was completely reasonable.
We won't be using anyone else ever. Thank you, Anderson (And can we somehow always get Nemo? I mean I want him to have days off but he was amazing!)

Incredibly rude staff. They will come and half finish a job and then just leave. Don’t bother calling. The receptionist will just accuse you of being rude.

We were having the worst day ever but Jacob and his brother (sorry I'm bad with names!) helped us out and they were both amazing! Funny and friendly guys and pretty quick response time!

Got stranded with a crappy BMW X5. Anthony saved the day! Arrived promptly, helpful and professional. If you need a towing service; Anthony and Anderson is the way to go!!!

I broke down in the Big Sky canyon on my bike and Anthony was nice enough to stop and see if I was allright and gave me a ride into town when I asked, if it wasn’t for him I probably would have had to walk 10 miles to get service to call someone

Truck died in Red Lodge. They were able to get it within a couple of hours and delivered it to the repair shop in Billings. Great Job!

Thank you so much for the fast service you guy provided. My dad had had a heartache and was taking to billings for open heart surgery and I was flustered and accidentally locked my keys in my truck and with in 20 minutes on a Saturday morning at 9am. It's was awesome fast so thank you so much.
