Charlotte was extraordinary, she was kind, answered my questions and quick with getting me set up. The only thing I would add is to ask how you intend on using the internet, I am new to living in Rural and someone with a family who does all their movies and tv watching is Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon, as well as up to 5 phones in the home, and I work from home and use email and zoom for conferencing, and we have a son who is a gamer. This pay as you use is looking like it will be expensive, and the internet wont reach out to my shop nor my office buildings so having to add more to get it to reach. SO, I have been in search of new internet provider. If I cannot find one I will need to have internet installed in the shop and office locations which sounds like will be expensive. Otherwise Charlotte and the others I have talked to have all been wonderful.

I've always had real good customer service with the gals in the office. We are lucky to have such a great service from Mid Rivers in Fallon County.

Excellent customer service! When we moved into our new home, Mid Rivers was able to send a technician to set up our internet quickly. While in our house, these techs were nothing short of polite and efficient. Kim, in customer service, also helped us save money on our monthly bill by switching to the Wide-Open internet service.

When we moved they let us keep the last 4 digits of our phone number so the only change we had to remember was 772. Great customer service!
