So it was extremely cold out (I was living in my car) and I was trying to put what little bit of money that I had accumulated through the ExxonMobil Mobile credits, into my gas tank. All I had was just a cpl of bucks on it, but the gentleman (Russell) had just started this job and was having a difficult time trying to figure out how to get the points off my card, without me paying. I had had a terrible day that day and it was written all over my face. But I remained calm, and so did Russell. I decided to go ahead and go out to the east town pump and try it there in hopes that I would have someone who knew what they were doing give it a go. As I walked out to my car Russell had opened up the store door and told me that he was just gonna put in 20.00 in my tank!! I was like "really?" And he said absolutely! I couldn't quit crying after that. It was a good cry tho. Just when I give up hope in all of humanity, there's always gonna be that one person who turns that outlook around!! He has the best personality too :) I walked into the store shortly after that and he asked me "didn't you get the memo?" I said "no, what's that?" He replied "RED HEADS ROCK!!!" God bless you Russell!

I use this Town Pump frequently and always have good experiences. Chris the Store Manager, Walker the Assist. Manager and staff are always kind, helpful and considerate. This is one of the main reasons I prefer this store to the other Town Pump and the local competition. The store is kept clean and the carwash works well.
