Hours posted online and in store say they're open until 9:00 p.m. but at 8:45 the doors were locked.

Went to CVS and they were supposed to be open at 9 am and they weren't. Their site even specified that they were open. I wasn't the only customer waiting outside to get in. The best part is that only the pharmacy open time was posted. They say shop local, forget that cause you can't shop when a business isn't open. Good job Anaconda, MT CVS.

The pharmacist here is very non-professional. I had a prescription for accutane and the pharmacist told me she didn’t have time to do her job and the I-pledge program. I drove over 20 minutes to pick up my prescription, just to leave empty handed and to be told my meds weren’t important enough to make time to do the job required. I will move my prescriptions to somewhere else and I will recommend others do too.

Done with the rude attitudes , sloppy communication and staff that would rather blame you for their own stubbornness, in admitting when they made a mistake or just plain didn't care . They obviously had to reley on a hand full of local yokels to prop up their flimsy ratings .Better off going all the way to Butte ..

The worst customer service and the worst attitudes. The store has nothing but a few outdated things that tourists buy because they don't know where to shop. Tourism is the only reason the store isn't closed down. People in Anaconda know better than to shop there.

Very rude staff I got a text stating my prescription would be ready in the 12th so of course after a long day at work I take time to stop and pick it up
Well no script and her response was just plain RUDE no apologies for ANYTHING not the entire staff just the lady thinking about switching Pharmacies

CVS Anaconda has great customer service. I called bc nothing in this town. My dad is there though. Do you have binder clips? She didn't know what those are. I explained. She said if they do would be in aisle 8. Well it's at least an hour drive. Do you happen to know anybody that would know? We are very busy and I don't have time for this I was told. In my best customer service voice. Okay, thank you, you have a wonderful day. Very snippy she said what did you say? I repeated myself in the nicest tone. She hung up on me

Upon picking up my packages from Best Buy that were deposited at the CVS location for pick up, I was informed that my packages had been opened by the pharmacy because it had been dropped of to them instead of the CVS UPS location and once they realized it was not for them, they tapped it back and brought the packages to the UPS CVS location. RED FLAGS all over this with this action taken that the CVS store manager should not take lightly. It is hard to believe it to be a mistake when a business should never open packages that are not sent to their business names, especially when my name was clearly on the package. What I purchased from Best only cost $40 so a part of me decided to not put too much stress on it. However, was my trust broken? YES. The pharmacy manager did not even come to me to apologize personally. Instead, it was a customer representative that had to carry that weight and she was scared of what reaction she was going to recieve. Very disappointed here as that would have restored my trust. All I got was a note written on both my packages "that it was opened by accident by the pharmacy" next to the large informational tags that has my name clearly on it who it was sent to. I know for sure now, I won't have anything held at the CVS UPS location ever again. If I could I would score it a zero.
