What a quaint little motel this is! The owners are both great folks and we chatted with Mark several times. Our room was decorated very nicely with a small town, western feel. The price was very affordable and we felt we got our money's worth. Christine and I were both very pleased with our stay and plan on coming back in the future.
Nearby activities: The small town of Absarokee is located at the foot of the Beartooth mountains. Hiking, fishing, and camping are a short drive away.

Last night, checked in late. Left this morning early, thus no review of “service.” Great cowboy kitch in the crowded little room - everything necessary for an overnight with some unexpected bonuses. My big dog was welcome and comfortable in her traveling dog bed. I come to this area pretty often and will certainly visit the Lodge again.Noteworthy details: If you’re looking to stay here, you already know about the Beartooth Mountains and perhaps the town of Absarokee. The Lodge fits right in.

I absolutely loved this lodge. The employee I spoke with on the phone was the kindestmost helpful woman on earth. My room had everything I needed and more. very clean and comfortable. They even give their customers beautiful homemade soaps. Quiet and convenient place. Will be back for certain.Safety: It's a very quiet and quaint safe town.Walkability: Everything is within walking distance.

Super cute, comfy, homey. We stayed for 2 nights and would definitely book again. Dog friendly was a plus for us - an additional $15 /each seemed a small price to pay for the good nights sleep we were able to get after spending 20 of the last 24 hours on the road. Highly recommend. Wildly beautiful Mountain View’s are just the cherry on top of the great accommodations.

No Wifi. Called several times and was promised it will be fixed. I had an important meeting that required WIFI and staff were unhelpful. The rooms are not that great either. Didn't look very clean

So great. Stayed for a week with my husband and it was a great experience. The room was very quite and cute. They had full size shampoo and conditioner for you. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. They even had a sampling of there homemade soaps to use. So nice and the town was mostly friendly. You will not regret staying here. 10/10 loved it!!!

Stayed 2 nights in charming Absarokee, MT. The room was clean, quaint, cozy and close to a fabulous restaurant, Wildflower. The motel is walking distance to groceries and bars. The owners are warm, friendly and willing to share information about the area. Highly recommend.

An average is generous in my estimation. The only thing I liked was the bed. We stayed in room #6, which is around and in the back down below. It was cold, dark, and gloomy. Maybe the motel rooms along the driveway coming in are more attractive - I won’t be coming back to find out. If you make it this far in Montana, your options are limited. We intended to stay two nights, but left early the next morning, forfeiting $135 for the second night. The room needs brushing up and is not worth the rate charged.
