I have been using Town & County Garage for my 2 vehicles for the last few years and highly recommend them to anyone! Extremely honest, trustworthy shop. Jennifer in the office is always kind, helpful, and willing to accommodate! Brad in the shop is honest, efficient and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need! All diagnoses, quotes and repairs are done quickly and always at a reasonable price. 10/10!

Terrible business, I wouldn’t take anything to them. They are way over priced, and when you call them out on it, owner wants to be rude and disrespectful in front of my children. If I could give them a negative review I would. Save time check out the other local garage in wright city.

I would not recommend using this company. They charge 25% to use your credit card. And now since my wife argued that they were ripping her off, most companies only charge 3%, they blocked her from using their company. Not only this issue, you can't even get a car on the lot apparently because it takes so long for them to do repairs. The woman taking payments is absolutely rude!

A few weeks ago I made an appointment to have my oil changed at this location. I asked the mechanic who worked on my vehicle to also check out my heating system (which had been going in and out for a few weeks prior). The mechanic who worked on my vehicle changed my oil and swapped my wipers (which I okayed) told me that the problem with my heat was a leak in my water pump. I asked him not to fix my heat so that I could get a second opinion, and he charged me $135 for the oil change, wipers, and whatever time he used to fix it all and check it out. He quoted me $600 to replace my water pump.Thankfully, the mechanic who gave me the second opinion was able to find the REAL problem with my heat; the blower. It’s been fixed and runs excellently now.I’m pretty bummed that I feel that I was not only overcharged for my oil change and wiper replacement (which, according to the documentation they provided me after, only took 30 minutes), but also, had I taken the first mechanic for his word, I’d be out $600 with the same problem I started with. How’re you going to charge me for looking into my heating issue and then be incorrect about it?I will never go back, and I will warn everyone I know against going here.Services: General repairs & maintenance
