My reefer trailer needed repairs, the mobile repair came to my location super quickly, the technician called me in advance was very communicative, he was SOOO nice and pleasant!! He had the trailer fixed up and running in less than an hour :) wonderful service

Patrick fixed my Thermo King unit after Thermo TSKT told me it was scrap.
Our produce can't wait and he cared about that
Fast service, he even called me from home.
Told me he's 24/7 call him anytime.
It needed alot of work.
1500.00 later it's running like a champ.
I'm so glad I found these guys.
I'll be back.

From the first call while still on the road, and in the shop, these guys were professional, honest and fast. I wish I don't have to repair anything for a very long time, but when I do, I hope it happens near these guys.

This review is long overdue. The guys at this location are fantastic! I have had bad luck on top of bad luck, but these guys keep my downtime to a MINIMUM, which is critical to keep the $$ rolling in (to pay for more repairs). Craig, Nate, Zeke..can't say enough good things about these guys! Highly recommend for your truck service needs..no matter the make or model. A++

I never wanted to go to a dealership in the past for fear of having a bad experience however I had a transmission failure which I was forced to go anyway. I got in contact with the wright city branch Nate, Craig and Zeek contributed to helping me understand the process offering their knowledge and expertise along the way. I was presented options and recommendations so that I would end up with the best results at the least amount of costs. My faith in dealerships have since been restored and would highly recommend Gateway Truck in Wright City Mo if you need professional service. I’m an independent operator but I was treated like I am just as important as any other customer.
