“MADD Graphics was very quick to respond to my email inquiry for an estimate on some front end damage. Heather working the front-of-house was very friendly and bubbly despite it being 3:45 PM on a Friday, remembered my email, and introduced me to Ryan.

Ryan greeted me with a handshake and a smile and understood my disappointment in needing to get auto body repairs done on my vehicle. We looked everything over in person to help develop a more accurate estimate where Ryan was not shy about looking in/around/behind things as needed to show me in person what was broken and what he was going to put on the estimate so there were no surprises, no gimmicks, no gotchas.

I felt that Ryan and the team at MADD was very up to the task of the repairs needed and I'm looking forward to seeing their updated estimate and potentially giving them my business. It's not always about how low the estimate can go, but who it is that's doing the work is often much more important. “Let me just say the men who work at this shop are heaven sent. We was in a bad situation with our tire popping in Missouri, and we was just passing through to go home to Colorado and we was stuck with no help or no way to get out the state with our tire being on a rim. We happened to find this shop and they didn’t give up on us and helped until we found a solution to get back on the road, they was nice and no complaining and the price was affordable and he was just so pleasant to my family!!! “I haven't bought anything there, but I broke down at noon two days ago with a flat tire across the street from them. I was on the way to hospital for a 1:20pm arrival for a procedure, and it's about an hr drive. I walked in and told them what happened, and asked for a ride back to my house in order to get another vehicle. The man was eating lunch. He got up right away, and hopped in his pickup. He drove me to my house 8 minutes away. I tried paying, but he wouldn't accept. He also let me park my car on his property. I was walking through the hospital main entrance at 1:30pm, and had my procedure done. I told this story to all my nurses, and doctors, and they were amazed at the kindness shown. Thank you!”
