I have been a customer multiple times a week for the last 4 years. I genuinely enjoy the experience at all of your locations but this store in particular has been becoming very disappointing. I am an early morning customer and it started out with a few options for food and have turned into nothing available except snacks. To top it off half the time the store looks closed at 4:30am and multiple time recently the store is closed. I tried to fill up this morning at 4:20 ish and the pumps were closed. Yesterday, the lot lights were off at 4:15. This store was great but if you can't serve your customers and open on time, we can go down the road to fast lane that is always open.

It's the local gas station serves some food has bathrooms that have always been clean employees are friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if they have ramp in front or on side of sidewalk it's a gas station always busy not a whole lot of room to move around inside

Placed a online order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes on the app, when I got to the store they refused to make the order and told to go elsewhere

Didn't receive my free pizza after buying 10. Was told that they don't do that anymore by Corp.Very poor customer service.My Casey's store is awesome. Sad that they are losing a valued customer, but there are other stores that will take care of their customers.

Cashiers are always so helpful even if they have a store full of customers! They dont get overwhelmed when theirs a line of people in checkout lanes, they dont try to rush you when your paying!

Try to order 2 pizzas owed to me because they messed up last weeks order... after calling 3x and waiting 5 minutes each call someone finally answered and said "kitchen is closed!"... sooo done with this rat hole... amber is only one that takes care of customers

I you'll never go into this Casey's again I don't usually go there I usually go down the street to fast Lane where I get the best service and everything's either fresh or frozen so I went in and grabbed a slice of pizza I was on my way taking care of business on my day off and is very busy so I decided to grab a slice of what used to be great pizza only to have the man checking me out at the counter getting annoyed when I asked if I could put my rewards number in and then he started complaining about how he doesn't have any change in his drawer and there's no one there to help him well the pizza was like cardboard and it tasted rotten the meat apparently was not good I don't know how long it had been sitting in that heat spinner but I spit it out I was thoroughly upset because it was my last $6 and now I had nothing to eat I was very very upset so thanks Casey's for doing such a great job here in Winfield you don't even deserve a star at all

Came in tonight for a quick slice of pizza and it tasted like the meat was spoiled! Threw the slice right out the window, maybe the birds will eat it because I know the dogs won't!! I won't be back to this location,the man behind the counter was annoyed when I asked to key in my rewards, terrible experience!!

We have lived in the area for just two months and have learned to not even try Casey’s anymore for pizza which we’ve enjoyed at other locations for years. Unfortunately, this is our closest option so we won’t be getting it anymore. After so many problems with ordering on the app (which we both have had on two different types of phones on multiple occasions) my husband attempted to call last night. Sat on hold for 20 minutes no answer at all. Hung up, decided to drive there and all the employee said to my husband was “we close at 9pm”, my husband looking at his watch said it’s 7:45…. he decided to leave as he felt they didn’t want him to order and he had concerns about how our food would be handled after their attitude. He found another local pizza place and was happy with their service.

Pepperoni pepperoni pepperoni was not like others Casey's I had at other locations. Lacking pepperoni big time 2 slices actually have no pepperoni. Droven45 minutes was excited. Won't do it again.

I ordered the supreme pizza, it was excellent. I love their coffee, freshly brewed tea, and the chocolate donuts. I love the fresh juice they have in jars.
