Ryan was heaven sent after I hit a deer on the highway. From the time he answered my call for a tow he talked me through what I needed to do step by step in a calm and reassuring manner. He didn't make me feel rushed when I couldn't think clearly to answer his questions about where I was. When he arrived at the scene it was immediately apparent that safety was his first priority and again he calmly talked me through what was going to happen with my vehicle. He went above and beyond every step of the way until we were in a rental car and back on our way. It wasn't my plan to encounter the deer or stay the night in Lebanon MO, but meeting Ryan was nothing short of a divine intervention. My faith in folks has been strengthened by this young man's behavior and follow through on his word. The world needs more of what Backwoods Towing brings when you are stranded in the dark. I am beyond grateful for their help.

Backwoods Towing came to my rescue last weekend! I had a flat tire in the worst spot on State Road K. I found a place to stop and the owner of Backwoods came by and changed my tire. I was waiting on help to come but he was over an hour away. Ryan was so kind and made me and my daughter feel safe while helping get us back on the road. He refused to charge me and was so sweet. Thanks so much for all you do for the community.
