The employee Emily was very rude and disrespectful. She was the only one at check out sitting on her phone talking and I politely asked a simple question and her response was pointing, rolling her eyes and ignoring me. When you're on the clock working, your customers should be your first priority. not sitting there talking on the phone. I felt highly disrespected with her customer service.Then the manager came to speak with me and she started yelling "I'll walk out and quit right now". All that needed to be done was an apology for miscommunication but instead she blew everything out of proportion and refused to take accountability. I understand if your short staffed and need employees but at least hire people with common sense who admit when they're in the wrong. I'm highly dissatisfied with the way things were handled and will be reaching out to corporate.

One stop wonders here. Must say every employee is kind. They go out of their way to help u. Dallor General who? Please Family Dallor make more locations. FYI, the store manager very brilliant ?. About time Windsor Missouri has ppl store at every turn. Xoxo ?

It’s brand new and filled with everything you need. Conveniently located with ample parking. The associates were very friendly and helpful. The shelves were well stocked and if you couldn’t find something someone was right there to help you. Welcome to Windsor Missouri Dollar Tree/Family Dollar!! You’re off to a great start!!
