Super friendly meat shop. They have a large selection of homemade brats that can't be beat. Prices are great too. Worth the drive for quality meats!! Give them a try?

Very friendly and understanding guy I had problems with loading my stock and he understood and worked with me on how I brought them in. Took time and explained all the cuts, smoking, and curing. Special cuts I was going to do myself he offered to do them without hesitation.

We are currently custom exempt, but offer limited MDA inspected processing. We are not USDA inspected.
What does this mean? Custom exempt means we can slaughter and process your animal for your own consumption. MDA inspected means we can slaughter and process your animal and you can sell the meat within the state of Missouri.
