Henry, messed up my transaction and didn’t rectify the situation properly. I now notice that it is STILL not fixed. I would travel to West Plains to bank before I do business here again.

Every transaction seems to be a mistake. We were told by the Willow Springs branch manager, after it transitioned from Landmark, that we would be notified 20 days before a CD matured. They failed to do this twice in late 2021 so we had no chance to cash out and move funds to a better managed banking company.

They merged with landmark and I believe Simmons is the fellow who owned landmark (not positive) I had 6.43 in my account there when I went to close out my account they had charged over 6.00 account fee and bounced me twice which is 72.00 plus 6.50 that's 78.00 ok ,I ask to clise my account they said no my charges broket 120.00 mark cause I didnt close my acvount. People are friendly but service is spotty and slow. Generally just understaffed.

They keep getting my account confused with my brothers. It becomes very inconvenient, when i confronted them about it they said theres nothing they can do.

I am extremely livid with this bank. Without word, they underhandedly "upgraded" my account without my consent and began charging a monthly service fee. These new owners are vile scum.
