The 2 young men at the Willard location were very helpful. I am 80 years old and needed help with my phone. They took care of every need with kindness and understanding. I will always go to them for any questions.

Never ever and I mean ever able to help me when I go there or when I call up there. Always some dumb excuses why they can’t answer couple questions I mean like damn. This store is pretty much worthless. I go to Springfield to the stores up there and I tell them how they refuse me every time because they for some reason can’t access something on my account they laughs at them and then I receive help from them. I will never understand that Willard store

Rodney is great !!!!! But the female that is currently working there is not good at customer service at all she will talk down to you and like you are a idiot that can't understand plain simple English. Do not visit this location if she is working, wait for Rodney.

We have been going to this store for over 2 years now. We have bought multiple devices through this store. Rodney is the best at helping customers. So very patient and willing to take all the time needed to answer your questions or solve your problem. I won't go to any other store. If you need help with anything go see Rodney. Best customer service ever!
