I live in an apartment, mail carrier put my package in the parcel box, but put the key to the box in another mailbox.
Guess what.....some pos stole it.
I'm literally 20 feet from the mailbox.
LEAVE IT ON MY DOOR STEP!

The mail lady has left our mail box open 3 times now. I know it must be a stressful, busy, and redundant job to deliver so many peoples mail. Maybe they have a sensitive wrist that keeps them from closing boxes correctly? If so they should find a different roll in your establishment. Due to the fact that leaving a mail box open risks the mail falling out and getting damaged. That puts your title and competency at risk if this goes uncorrected. Sometimes our deliveries are the most exciting thing for us please do not tarnish it. Kind regards.

We did our family of 6 passports here. The lady upfront was super helpful and very patient with us while we filled forms for the kids and ourselves. She was also super nice when my one year old didn't want to cooperate for his photo. Def will be using here for all our future passport needs.

The driver did not even deliver. I literally saw them drive by my house and didn't even deliver. There was nothing at my house that could have prevented them from delivering. USPS HIRE BETTER DELEVERERS!!!!!!!!!!! SO MUCH FOR USPS!!!!!!

They refuse to leave packages at my apartment door. They say it's because of theft at the complex but Amazon leaves packages at my apartment door all of the time and I've never had a package stolen. It's just an excuse and I'm sick and tired of it.

My package has been at willard post office for e days when on Monday it said it was out for deliveryCalled twice on Tuesday and was promised it would be here today. There is no reason this should happen if they're doing their job

It's nearly pointless to have a lobby at this location. The business hours rule out 98% of the possibilities that most people who work a day job have to use their services.

Terrible phone service. There are only prompts. No one is available to actually take your call for questions that a prompt cannot answer. The USPS is a joke.

I just had a package thrown at my door where it landed upside down. The box broke and stuff spilled out. Cmon Willard you can do better than this.

The service is okay when I go in, but my weekday deliveries keep getting later and later. My Sunday deliveries keep getting dropped off at the WRONG address. The directional indications in an address make all the difference. Please teach your drivers to read the ENTIRE address.
