My mom brought me here last Friday, on my way to work, to deposit my last paycheck from my paid internship at The Hive, which I finished last month. During the deposit, I also requested to withdraw a fraction of the paycheck as cash. The lady at the desk gladly helped me do both, in a very timely manner.

I have been a customer at Commerce Bank in Willard, Mo for five years. Very friendly and helpful staff. I usually go thru the drive up. They know my name as well as Molly my dog’s name. She loves going because they always give her a biscuit.They make you feel appreciated ?

I have to brag for a second- I’ve been banking with Commerce since I was 15 and I chose the RIGHT bank!I am always happy to go see the friendly staff at this location.Nicole was AMAZING to work with. She really knew her stuff and easily answered all of my questions. she was so helpful with getting a personal loan, taking all the stress and anxiety away from the process.This young lady really needs to be recognized because I am difficult to please, especially with customer service.Thank you Nicole! It was such a pleasure working with you!!

It doesn't matter if I call or come in, the tellers at the Willard branch are always some of the friendliest and warmest to interact with. Keep up the great customer service because it's noticed and appreciated. Mrs. Goodwin btw : )

Wow, what a great experience! Tiffany Baumann is the loan officer who practically took this old man by the hand and made it happen! We met with Tiffany at the bank one time and from that point on, the enter loan process was done online, really super cool and easy. Closing was right on schedule. Great job Tiffany and Commerce Bank. I have done business Commerce at Willard since I was a kid, now 66 years old, what a great run! Thanks

Gave it a 2. When i called the main Springfield branch they answered right away and were very friendly and courteous but when they transferred me to the branch in willard (closest to my home) they didnt answer so i called again and no answer. Needless to say, they won't be getting my business when they can't answer my calls.

Horrible lack of organization. After three tries to set up online due to inaccurate information from bank tellers, I settled for paper statements. Then They surprised me with a monthly $3 charge for paper statements. I Went in to set up online or close the account only to find the account was set up wrong by the previous manager so online couldn't be done. Said they would fix it but needed overnight. Nearly two weeks now and still not fixed. They don't call me; I just have to keep calling them. Closing the account first thing Monday morning. Too many banks to have this much grief, and I have three other bank accounts online that are hassle free.
