Elisa was so wonderful. She was able to save me $700 a year and increase some of my coverages for less. Her knowledge of all insurance products was impeccable. Her professionalism was refreshing when dealing with insurance. I would highly recommend using her. Don’t hesitate to try to save money.

Elisa was so awesome to work with ! She helped me through every step, explained the things I didn't understand, dealt with me changing my mind more than twice, stayed after hours to finish up, had helpful suggestions and I highly recommend this office of State Farm !! Elisa is incredibly helpful and patient with me every time I call in for assistance. I was with my previous agent for 35 years and was nervous changing, Elia makes me feel as if we have been working together for that same 35 years. I would like to thank this State Farm agency, especially, Elisa! She is always there to assist in any way. She took my payment by phone this week, & I didn't have to go out in the cold. She also checked into 'flood insurance' for me. It took some time & research, but she got my questions answered. She is always happy and fun to visit. The receptionist is a sweet young lady, & also the young man that is ready to help.Then, there is Chet. I haven't really got to know him yet, but he is always smiling, and also offers to discuss other money matters, or other kinds of insurance. Now, if he can halt the continuing premium hikes, we will get along fine.This is my review. Thanks.January 16, 2024

I couldn't even get a free quote for car insurance. I have a perfect driving record and good credit. I wanted to check rates. Don't waste your time or give them your personal information. Jonathan Ellis just can't be bothered if you aren't rich enough I quess

Chet and his team are absolutely incredible! We had to add vehicles to our policy on a Friday afternoon. Elisa went above and beyond, working late, to make sure our vehicles had coverage for the weekend. They truly care about their clients 24/7.
