Be prepared to be treated as an inconvenience. It’s been every time I’ve gone here. The workers here are extremely rude and snarky for literally no reason, even when you try to be friendly and kind back (they make it so hard, especially one guy). I’ve worked both service and retail jobs in my lifetime. I know how hard costumers can make your job. However, in this case their attitudes are unwarranted. Even when you aren’t requiring a lot of their time or assistance, they are jerks before you even open your mouth to tell them what you need.

My packages and mail are repeatedly delivered to another house a few miles away with the same street number, but different street name. This has been happening for a few years. The house number receiving my mail/packages is having the same issue with its mail being delivered to my house. When I call to inform this post office of the issue, the staff is dismissive and unhelpful and the issue never gets resolved. This is the worst post office I've ever dealt with, and I've lived many places over the years.

My experience with the worker here was great. I went to this location on January 26 and was met by a very kind man wearing a Indiana university sweatshirt. This guy was exceptional at his job. What I was trying to do was complicated and he knew exactly what to do guided me through the process while helping other people at the post office at the same time. This man was great at his job and if I were his boss I would give him a raise as soon as I could.

I live only a few miles away and I have had issues with this particular branch for lost packages and I have the right to say something when your location has legitimately cost me over $300 of media mail packages that came through you from me, so I go to the Ballwin Branch now. Just the other day I walked in because a lady paid for a book and they are the closest location to me. To the guy at the register, some people can read lips and have really good hearing and the next time you say something about me, I’ll have more than just a complaint against you. Keep your comments to yourself, even if it’s to the new girl.

This post office has some of the laziest delivery drivers there are. They don't step a single foot out of their vehicle unless they have to deliver a package. With plenty of room near a mailbox, they will still skip it if it requires them to possibly back up a little, or take one step out of the truck. PURE LAZINESS.

This little post office is a gem. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've always been greeted warmly. Its nice not to have to wait in long lines, especially during Covid. Any old personnel issues (noted in previous reviews) seem to have been addressed.

Our business mail is being rejected without notice or cause. I am weighing out letters EVERY time and they are under 1.0 oz on a scale that has a thousandths place so I know it's accurate. I double checked by weighing a penny on it and they still return our letters which are important from a doctor's office. I wouldn't be so frustrated if they would at least give me a reason why via call or a letter/ post it on these letters. I am now calling and wasting business time and money due to this and have been on hold for 23:00 minutes now.. I couldn't be more disappointed by the service here..

Great location for me since I live one mile away! Wonderful people! Always friendly, prompt, and helpful. Best service I've ever had from a post office. Never too busy; no long wait times! I've lived in the area and used this location for three years.

I go here on a weekly basis to mail off packages for work. I actually live closer to another post office, but come here, because the staff is always friendly and helpful!

Whoever was running the desk on Wednesday afternoon was super pleasant, got through a room of customers quickly and with a smile, and didn't seem to rush anyone.
