I went to this UPS store at 6:30 pm knowing it closes at 7:00 pm and yep, they were closed! I went back to this UPS store 4 dayds later at 1pm in the afternoon, and yep, closed again with no explaination on the door! I just called to see if they were open and nobody answers the phone AND the mailbox is full! This is clearly not being managed properly.

The staff at this store look to be 12 and seem to be quite clueless as to how shipping a package works. They were not rude, but not very nice either. It seems to be immaturity. And not a manager in sight to help them with what they don’t know. Each employee gave me different excuse which is it guys?? I won’t be using this location again since I was unable to get my package shipped. Had to go to another UPS store location nearby. Somehow they didn’t have an issue. Train your people.

I'm in this particular store, several times a week. It's a very well-run store... employees here are polite, friendly, professional, and work hard to get customers taken care of. And James is the best!!! Always greets me, and many others, by name. Brightens my day, every time I go in there! :-)

I brought a boxed up package with the label and the lectured me about taping the box up. They did me a favor by giving me 6” of tape. They said tape is really expensive and to make sure and tape it or they would charge me next time. Next time?? I don’t think so.

Very nice people employed there, but the office is a total disaster from a operation standpoint. UPS lost my package, when I tried to track it down I was told I had to go to the local office. The local office said go to the national office, and that they had systems down. The next day I called back and they said that the manager would have to file the claim and to call back. The following four days I called back and they are not answering their phone claiming on the recording that they are overwhelmed by customers. Still no package, still no claim filed, really bad service from UPS and the local office. Whatever their problem is they need to get it fixed as this is not currently a reasonably functional business in my opinion.

Bad service! Was told that I can't pick up my son's packet (he is out of town ) even though the notification email said someone else can pick up as long as they show the addressee's ID and their ID. The staff that I talked to on 8/22 around 3pm said that my son has to pick it up himself. When I told him that he is not coming back until Thanksgiving, the staff said the store can keep it until then. He was misleading and lying to me!! My son just received a notification from UPS yesterday stating that his package is being returned to sender!!! Worst service ever! Avoid using this store!!

Can confirm their employee received package on Friday, go in to pick it up on a Monday and they can’t find it.Gave me a shoulder shrug & said “I can’t give you a package I don’t have” and “take it up with the shipper”I wouldn’t have packages shipped here to pick up, not secure.

Store owner was throwing around my $300 package before it was even boxed up and I told him I’d rather package my own items if he’s going to throw them around. I told him it wasn’t acceptable and he proceeded to give me an attitude so I gave him back his box and told him I’ll be going to another location and he told me to get the “F” out. Terrible experience will not be back.
