This was a beautiful hotel! I loved how quiet it was and that it was in its own place location wise. It felt very safe and pleasant. The snack shop had a wide selection of things and the staff were incredibly kind. The were very loving to my pet and super accommodating.

This was a great get away for the wife and I we don't live far from STL but just wanted to get away for a night right across the street was a cinema with real nice seats there are many good places to eat nearby the room was clean the concierge were very nice and helpful the one downside was the spa jets were down but we were still able to set in the spa which was one thing we wanted to do. We will likely come back next time we do a local get away

Very nice hotel with old school charm. 4th floor rooms have vaulted ceilings, which added to the charm. Only complaint was the bed. Had no support for my ailing back.

Beautiful hotel. Very quiet. Excellent staff. Very good breakfast. I hate to let the secret out, but it is the best hotel on St Louis Metro.

Stayed for 3 nights on business trip. Quiet and cozy hotel. Front desk staff was excellent and helpful. Breakfast is terrible!Food & drinks: Breakfast is terrible. No one to help and serve. All frozen foods and automated machines. Microwave etc. No fresh food or cooks available. Except bread and coffee and tea.

Arrived as it started getting cold out, they had the heat on. Can't tell you about breakfast due to leaving earlier than it's opened.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff very friendly. They even had a list of restaurants at the front desk that were broken down into ones you walk to and those that required a short drive. The jacuzzi tub was wonderful. Everything was very clean. Our only complaint was that heating/ac unit in our room had a bit of a moldy smell. We told the front desk and they made a note to have it cleaned immediately. We would definitely stay there again.Nearby activities: There are shops and restaurants and even a movie theatre within walking distance. Nice location!Walkability: Well laid out for walking around to the different shops and restaurants.Food & drinks: Lots of nearby restaurants, most within walking distance. Definitely recommend Benedetto's for dinner and Sunny Street Cafe for breakfast.

The staff was friendly. Great location in Wildwood. The room was good sized and well kept. The bed however was the worst I've experienced in a hotel. Lay down and it swallows you up into the middle. Not at all comfortable and not good for the back. Would stay again if they change the mattress out but not until then.

Very nice place. The only reason I gave the rooms 3 stars was because of the televisions. We came in town for an event and pretty much all of our friends rooms (including ours) had issues with the TV's/remotes. You either had to be a foot or so away from the TV for the remote to work, or put the remote behind the TV near the contro box to work. Hopefully they'll get that problem taken care of.

It was nice to get a confirmation call days prior to arrival. I had requested a handicap room with rollin shower( originally had a deluxe room). They promised me on the confirmation call that they would move reservations around and I would get what they promised. Upon arrival this did not happen. There were no handicap rooms available with rollin shower. The front desk was very business like with issue. They attempted to arrange things for the second night stay but as I went to bed that nite no decision had been made. The next morning a room became available so we moved. The beds were very soft and the second room only had a desk chair no second chair. The second nite I asked for a rollaway bed but the mattress was maybe 3 inches thick and when laid on could feel every bar of bed. The air conditioner/heater blew air so hard you could feel it across the room even on low. The door to the hall did not shut completely unless pulled on. The breakfast was good for what they had. They were out of all juices at 9 am and when told about it the worker just kept doing other things. There were no offers of compensation for any of my issues. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Rooms: Plenty of pillowsFood & drinks: They were very strict about times of serving breakfast. In fact the worker started taking things away 30 minutes before the end and shut half of the doors at that time also.No refilling of anything after 9am!!

I loved how beautiful the outside and inside of this hotel looked. Definitely some cushy beds, not use to having a bed hug me. Loved the front desk, they were so nice and helpful as we were looking for a good place to eat.

Absolutely outstanding room. Didn't interact with the staff much, but they were friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were great, but some of the jets weren't working, so that was a bummer. Breakfast is a little lacking but gets the job done.
