It was a very uncomfortable experience during the check out process a salesperson approached the area that I was checking out at and remained guarded until my checkout was completed.

Moved to Wildwood 6 months ago and we cannot get over how great the bakery is here. We come here for groceries pretty often and have been pleased by the selection, prices, and freshness of everything. But the bakery takes the cake. We are consistently blown away by the cookies and the bread and the donuts on a routine basis. Keep it up please! It’s such a pleasant highlight.

If you are going to enforce the pointless 10 items or less self checkout policy, then for the love please staff your registers with more than just a one person. All self checkout registers were open and I was told I could not use them then had to wait 20 minutes for the single person checking out customers to finally get to me. Use a little common sense, why would you want to frustrate and waste the time of your customers. At that point it's worth the extra time to drive to walmart to save money and not deal with this nonsense. And don't tell me to reach out to discuss, I was very clear what the problem and solution are, just fix it.

If you are going to enforce the 10 items or less self checkout policy (I had 13 items), then ensure all registers are fully staffed. There were five open self checkout registers and no line; although, I was asked to wait in the line for the staffed registers with only two operating. Seems to me you would want to move customers through quickly and efficiently, not cause congestion and unnecessary wait times for customers.

The new 10 items or less rule is ridiculous. I had less than 10 items, but hearing how rude the employees are to people and arguing about it was way over the top. Is it really worth it to tell someone with 12 items to go to the clerk checkout and lose customers to Dierbergs from arguing with them? There's never even lines in self checkout and other Schnucks stores don't enforce it. Stop doing too much for no reason.

I worked here briefly in the Bakery. This place is absolutely awful. They talk trash behind your back about employees and customers. The management is absolutely horrible. The bakery is a disgusting place that certainly hasn't been cleaned in YEARS. The Bakery manager doesn't use gloves when handling ready to eat food and follows very few of the guidelines. She told me to reuse things if they aren't "completely dirty". They don't care about you as the customer or as the employee. They expected me to know how to do everything with very little training and even threatened to write me up because I used my phone in the workplace. Bottom line is: They don't care. Don't spend your money here and DEFINITELY DON'T WORK HERE.

The woman at self checkout at 2:30 on November 24th was completely out of control extremely rude I’ve also received expired food from here several times if you like mold they have a great selection in their produce section. I have NEVER dealt with employees so rude the woman at self checkout hid her name tag when I tried to look for it because she knew she was wrong absolutely unbelievable. The utter disrespect for anyone completing an instacart is also crazy because at the end of the day I’m a customer not your employee you don’t get to treat other human beings with that level of indecency.

Most rude employees on earth. The people they have running self check out are the worst store employees I have ever seen and treat customers like utter garbage. I wouldn’t recommend this store to my worst enemy. Some people seriously need to be fired.

Just experienced racist clerk in front of a 5 year old child. I left my cart with over $200 worth of product. I left it all there and will never shop at Schnucks again.

The employees are always kind and helpful. I wish you'd stock Bigalow salted caramel tea and Blue Bell ice cream.
