Update changed from 5 to 1: my dog caught Papaloma and they told me my dog couldn’t come back until he was cleared by the vet. As if I was going to bring him back anyway.
First, he got it there. I called to report it.
Second, the woman I reported it to said “maybe we should clean the bowls more”
Third, was unhappy with lack of routine. Ie like Dogtopia.
Not going back.

Do not leave your dogs here. Your dogs will be traumatized and left with bite marks. My sisters dog got bit and had to go to the vet as a result..

I have brought my two doodles here for six months to a year. They are here 3 to 5 days a week all day. I absolutely love all the girls, and so do the doodles, ******* and ****!This morning we got turned down for not having reservations when we have passed over many holidays and not had this issue. I am well aware signs are posted everywhere at the facility but thats not what Im looking for when I come to drop my dogs off. Like I said, we have had extremely good experiences and the dogs absolutely love going here. But for the amount of money paid and the loyalty to puppingham I am extremely sad that my dogs will not be attending today. Its just purely lack of communication. Especially when the girls see them on a day-to-day basis. Im sure we were told at the very beginning when we joined a year ago, but this is the first time we were told we are not allowed because of reservations. Again, its a great place, but very poor communication when it comes to reservations, especially when I work 10 to 12 hour days and these guys have nowhere to go today.

I have called and emailed using their contact form for two weeks now and have gotten no reply. When I call, the phone just rings. I'm not entirely sure anyone actually works there.
EDIT:: It has been over a year and I decided to re-write this review. I am not entirely sure if they got new staff, but the phone calls/ voicemails have been getting answered much quicker than before. In addition, I have been using their grooming services for all four of my dogs and I could not be happier. The prices are amazing as is the groomer, she's positively great. I have never had a bad experience with her. I go a couple of times a year.

Very deceptive pricing. Our bill was 3x higher than what we were told when booking. There were multiple other surcharges and fees that we did not anticipate including a fee to let our dogs play with a toy? Girl at desk was argumentative and said we should have read their Facebook page for terms and conditions. Dogs came home very smelly and had lost a lot of weight. We won’t ever go back. Sad because we have taken our dogs here for years and never had issues before. Not sure if there are new owners or what but we’ll just go somewhere else.
