Very rude employees. I should’ve never opened a business account with them. Going now to close my accounts.

Nationwide, Bank of America used to be halfway decent about 20 years ago. "Halfway decent" isn't particularly good. Now, nationwide they are piss poor, and this location is a good example of that. Regarding many services, if you go into one of their locations for help, they make you instead call some number for customer service. Then for basic banking services, some days that they are open, they don't even have a teller working. But they have a goofy employee in the lobby to give you an insincere, empty greeting and tell you there's nothing they can do for you. What's the problem? They're understaffed because the good employees realize it's a crappy place to work, so they've gone elsewhere. (My wife and I have talked about the good employees of years past there who have left.). They can't handle credit card, ATM card or teller services, so the vast majority of banking transactions can't be handled by them. They don't deserve to handle your financial assets or mine.

An empty shell of a bank with 1 teller and 1 greeter. Waited some time to make a withdraw in small bills. So sad.

I've been to this Bank of America many times but today was the first time I have been inside the bank. I thought, with Covid, only drive thrus were open. At this location the drive thru was closed and you could only make a deposit inside. I had something to deposit that I could not do with a mobile deposit. There was only one teller and there were 3 people ahead of me. It took longer than I would have liked but it got done.

Great location. It has parking in the front of the building. The inside is clean and spacious. The bank teller greeted me upon entering the building. He was very polite and efficient. I needed a couple bills for a gift and he gave me the best ones they had.

Policies and procedures employed by this institution are absurd. Had an emergency that necesitated I cash out a portion of my retirement savings. Paid extra fees to the financials instituting managing my retirement account to ensure the funds arrived to me as quickly. I was relieved that the check arrived a day before I needed the money. I quickly deposited the check in my account with Bank of America, whom I’ve been a customer of for over 20 years, why so long I can’t quite explain because things like this happen one after another) a hold was placed on the entire amount of the check I deposited and funds were not made available to me for 6 days from my date of deposit.

Bank of America is absolutely awful. God forbid someone writes you a check and you're not a customer there...you'll get treated like a criminal. This is exactly the reason I will not open an account with this institution. If I were to write someone a check it means I want them to be able to cash it...WITH NO PROBLEMS.

Miserable customer service. Everyone is always too busy to speak to you and when they do they are completely unhelpful.

If someone writes you a check you must be an account holder to have the check cashed. What a joke. My suggestion is if someone tries to write you a check from bank of America refuse it, demand cash or a check from a different financial institution. I also suggest to anyone thinking of doing business with this institution to go with a different bank.
