I worked with them on a transmission replacement for my truck. It was slipping and i took it in to see what was wrong. They talked to me about the thermal bypass valve that had failed and they had seen it happen on my truck. This was causing my transmission issues. They discussed options with me on just replacing the valve vs replacing the whole transmission and were very sensitive to understanding the cost of my repair situation and walked me through what just replacing the valve would do and that it could fix it completely or it may not depending on how much damage it had already done.
Luckily, i had a lifetime powertrain warranty as well. So they worked with my warranty company and the whole transmission job was covered. Through the entire process, i never felt pushed and always felt respected.
I will also add that they educated me a lot on the issue and how to safeguard from these things happening. I felt like i gained so much knowledge from them. I plan on bringing both of our vehicles here for any future service.

Outstanding trustworthy owners. They even took the time to draw a picture diagram and explain what my daughter’s Volvo needed. Highly recommend them. They fixed what another “mechanic” could not do. Huge shout out to Bobbie & Griz!!!! Thank you for being honest business owner and mechanic!
