Went to the USPS office to file a claim for a large money order missing/stolen. We got the money order here at this location and sent it to a business, but they sent it back. It never got to us. This has me worried since many people on base claim to have money stolen from their envelopes...There is usually a nice lady that I talk to and that is super helpful. When I last talked to her on the phone, she said to come in and she will help us fix this. We just need the receipts and all that. She was not here today on 7/15/23. Instead it was a bald man with a goatee. I believe his name is Steve. He was not kind nor helpful. Said we can look online but he can't do anything and we won't get our money back. I included a picture of the directions from the back of the receipt. I really don't think he should be working here if he doesn't know how to do his job and gaslights people. Take this review as a complaint.

There hours for package pickup is not correct for Saturday it’s not 12:30pm to 2:30pm its 9:00am to 12:00pm wasted a whole trip to base and turns out they can’t get the google times correct

Good service, and nice people. Most of the time you have to pick up your package a day after it arrives, but that's honestly out of their control. I like it ?

They are only open 3 hours on Sunday so if people work and need to go they can’t bc it’s such a short time period
