The Mail Route: the post office Does not have a Route for in town, and forces us to use a Post Office Box, to get our parcels, or letters containing items such as Debit card for example.The Delma: The Bank and other institutions forces us to use a Physical Address instead of a P.O. Box due to their Fraud Polices.The situation: The Post Office is sending back all our Mail as Incorrect Address. (After Multiple attempts to correct this)The Problem: Not Getting my Mail, due to Neither one (The Post Office and Companies) will budge or work with me on a compromise.Attempted Solutions: After speaking to the Post Office, they suggested that at the End of the Zip code put a Dash and then our PO Box Number, does not work due to it sends a red Flag through the Banks system as a False Zip code.This was the only attempt for a solution that the post office was willing to do. They are getting my mail they told me. they also said that they are sending it back. So, they know they are doing it, which makes matters worse.Filed a Complaint, but nothing was done and now the Post Office sent Checks back to the Insurance Company (Who sent them out to us) When it at one point was sitting at our Post office to be delivered to us.How is it ok for them to send our mail back over a situation that we do not control???But they informed us that they at least make a better effort to deliver packages to us..However got a notice of a failed attempt to deliver a package now..I wish I could file a lawsuit against them...I know the contents of the package is stupid but it's the principle of the matter, they suck and have countless times failed to hold the standards that the USPS was built off of.It's a shame...
