I've recently moved back home after being gone for over 12 years.. had a sudden bunny death, & y'all helped me, even though I haven't been here in years- not even a hesitation, nor an issue with him being a bunny, and not a typical pet. I can't express enough how much that has meant to me, & how your help with his cremation has helped our grieving. He was by my side nearly every minute of his life for over 2 years, & I'm so blessed to be back in this community, with people like you all. From every single one of you, over the phone, through the process, even via text- you all have been incredible. I deeply recommend your facility to anyone- thank you so much for being you.

They were super quick to get every test, shot, or treatment done. We were in and out in 30 minutes and for a really really good price. Definitely coming back

Hands down, Dr. Green is the best veterinarian is West Plains. He doesn't charge out the butt and he is so very thorough with my babies.

Had an emergency after witnessing a dog on a leash with a pedestrian get hit just outside the clinic. Ran in to get help and they immediately responded! Everyone was extremely helpful. Above & beyond care and compassion for the least of these was displayed today in more ways than one. Blessings on all the staff and Dr. ??Dog survived! ?

Amazing!!!! Love the whole staff! I'm low income and they made it sooooo affordable to get my puppy in for her first shots! Completely and totally recommend!

We needed a new vet and they got us in right away. My boys have anxiety so it's easier for them to be together, no problem. I was able to get the meds they are used to taking that I was no longer getting from the last vet . We are very happy with the service and everyone was friendly. Extremely busy place but worth the wait

We had to get a animal cremated un fortunately ?. The cost was great and cheap . Even put her in a small bag. We will continue going there. Was a bit of a wait though.

They squeezed me in this morning. One of my dogs attacked my small Buster yesterday, and he had puncture wounds on his neck. They got me in early this morning.The staff is so nice and helpful and understanding. Dr. Green checked him out and Gave him a couple of shots and sent me with meds for pain and swelling. I am so grateful they are so close. They always do a great job. Thanks!
