Rude staff and the place is an absolute dump. I've been to better organized storage rooms.

We frequently donate items to the West Plains Regional Animal Shelter to help with the cost of care for the animals housed here. The volunteers do a good job keeping everything organized and running smoothly. We appreciate the service that they provide and surely wished we could house more of the displaced animals. It's heartbreaking that the shelter is always at maximum capacity.

They were very nice to work with and I just do not see how they can adopt dogs and cats for only 50.00 which includes neutering, rabies and flea pill. We adopted Sig (Frazier) and love him. He goes everywhere with us. He's so well mannered and he is so handsome!! Please adopt or if you can not have pets please donate.

Me and my son just left there. They say masks are mandatory yet when your in there they arnt wearing masks themselves. Nice way to protect others. My little boy wanted a puppy. The guy acted like he didnt even want to let my son look at the puppies. The lady at the front didnt act to friendly either. There not there to help the animals. They could care less. Terrible experience. I dont recommen this place to anyone. Adopting a puppy is about having a joyful experience not people that are extremely rude because they hate their lives and what they do. Also the entire place absolutely stinks.

I adopted my cat Rogue there. We had time to pick from many there and. The cost was nominal for his neuter and shot. He is great and talks to us and does tricks and lets us know what he wants. I recommend them highly. Best place around to get a cat.

Terrible rude lady .I drove 47 miles twice. To pick up a cat for my daughter .9 yr s old I was told to come back the next day from gainesville to pick the cat up .shots were suppose to be updated .instead a rude lady at the counter said she will not allow us to adopt her because she would spend alot of time in my daughters room .not asking us that she has a bedroom that includes a gameroom .regular room and her own bathroom .very large that goes into a 5 room house . With 40 acres .
