This dealership helped me when nothing else was, they helped get my car back from a shady mechanic and took it to Gary's auto where they're offering to pay for my car to be fixed because warranty doesn't cover what's wrong with it. I won't go anywhere else for to buy another car these guys go above and beyond

Been to used autos before but never felt comfortable or felt like I could trust what I was being told. This one, however, never triggered the feelings, got a good car with a good deal when a local Toyota/ford dealership didnt. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Mark was very disrespectful and disgusting with his behavior an communication. Then went through the “manager” I’m not sure why or how a manager can act the way he did with such disrespect. We bought a car from them and within 30 days it broke down THREE times. Every single time they were contacted (via text so I had proof) chance was very rude and thought it was worth a good chuckle when k brought up how the car left my kids and I stranded on a busy highway which could be dangerous. He more or less said he was 100% okay with selling cars he KNEW wouldn’t run long because they were in it for the money. I have never heard such disrespect or been insulted so much by anyone.

I bought a 2018 silverado day 3 of buying truck water pump went out. Also been to the chevy dealership several times to get ecm redone and now the engine blows. I will not ever be back to purchase anything from there.

I appreciate the customer service a ton, we were under the impression that our warranty had ended but our salesman reassured us that it wasn’t, and sure enough it was still in effect. The issues were rectified and I look forward to coming here again in the future!

Bought truck from them a month ago and within 2 weeks of having it. I am replacing engine in it. They must feel real good screwing people by not disclosing full information on vehicle especially when asked. Would not recommend.

We told the sales person at this lot that we were looking for a 2nd vehicle after we already for a deposit on one. He couldn't send pictures or info due to the vehicle being in detailing So he claimed. when we asked for pictures again the vehicle was all the sudden gone. poor customer service and bad bussiness. I work in sales and would never treat a customer that way. Good customer service is going above and beyond for your clients. I would have put a deposit on the vehicle while it was in detailing but wasn't given the option. Extremely disheartening and disappointed in their sales tactics. They had the opportunity to earn lifelong loyal customers and just flushed that down the toilet.
