The current Post Office is located in the worst possible location! Street parking is almost non existent. If you have to park in in the back, especially if you are handicapped or elderly it is a horrible. More so if you have packages. Long steep ramp in, long hall, then a stand in line. Then to leave, repeat. The decision to move it to the current location was the most non thought out decision ever!

My check has now been late 3 times out of the past 3 times I was supposed to receive it. When I call to ask why my check is late I get treated like I'm an inconvenience. No problem guys, I'll just go direct deposit after this so you won't have to worry about delivering it again.

This post office some how still has my package that was shipped out on November 29th and it's almost been a month and still nothing is showing up where it is and if theft is involved on there end that's a federal crime punishable up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine

Can’t even deliver to the door. Too lazy and packages stay locked in a room without anyone being able to open it. Can’t be on time so you don’t know when they’ll show up.

this post office says my package was delivered. I'm sure it was delivered somewhere just not my house on the 21 . and they do not care what i say. they only believe in their computer . no checking out the problem at all no talking to postman nothing. the last time this happened it was delivered across the street. the neighbor were nice enough to bring it to me. So I am out $129.00 plus shipping from China because of this post office.

The postal clerk that handles passports is incredibly RUDE and unaccomidating! We have been there twice and still have not received a passport. The first time she curtly informed us that an appointment was required and it couldn't be for the same day. The second time, she informed us that she would be keeping our original birth certificate to send in with our application. She probably could have informed us of that the FIRST time we were there. Since, we needed the original birth cert for another appointment that same day, we asked if we could come back shortly to complete the passport process. Not surprisingly, she said NO! Also, she had 3 more open appointments available that day, but couldn't possibly fit us in!? Unbelievable, that she could be so inconsiderate, nasty, ill mannered, and ungracious to customers. She could use some classes on manners and customer service.

I just called the West Plains post office earlier and spoke with the Postal Employee by the name of Crystal, I'm not sure how she spells her name, but I just wanted to let you know she is an asset to your office! She was very helpful and polite. Thank you so much!!

There tracking systems don’t keep you updated on when your package is supposed to arrive. Go to the post office to pick it up and get told I’ll have to wait till Monday

Mail route is often just given to whoever wants it each day, no regular time, my neighbor had to hand deliver my mail that was put into their mail box. Really bad service.

Constantly delivers packages to the wrong address. Parking is a nightmare. Just an absolutelt horribly run post office.
