  Their certified Toyota mechanics do not know anything about Toyota vehicles. I had an issue and they recommend I check my prius's alternator. A prius doesn't have an alternator! Bunch of dumbasses

  Untrustworthy. Called about availability on a new RAV4, was advised they were allocated 1 with the trim package I was looking for, and that it was not spoken for and would arrive in the next few weeks. I offered to make a down payment and/or deposit, but I was assured by the salesman, that my name was on the vehicle and that he would keep me posted on the ETA. I stopped shopping and was excited about doing business with this dealership. We spoke by phone and text multiple times over the following weeks, still being assured that the vehicle was coming and that my name was on it. 2 weeks later I text again for an update, and only at this time was advised "The vehicle was already spoken for and has since been sold". Complete waste of time. Now I'm set back another 2 weeks on finding a car. I could've been on a waiting list at other dealerships that would have accepted a down payment and taken my buying experience serious.

  Wish I had double the stars to give!I called from five states away to inquire about purchasing an accessory for a beautiful FJ Cruiser that was purchased from Toyota of West Plains two years ago, and Bryan Forester happened to field my call.It was a Saturday, it was late, and I didn't think about the time difference, yet even though my inquiry was about a very small ticket item, Mr. Forester was a consummate professional: knowledgeable, personable, patient and, as it turned out, a problem solver, too!Transactions may come and go, but how they're handled and how you're treated determines whether you'll be back. Mr. Forester offered customer service par excellence, and I look forward to my next transaction with him!Donna D.
