New in town my dog had to have some dental care, easy to get in kind and caring people, and good care. When I came to pick her up they hade even trimmer her nails for me, wonderful place, highly reccommend.

I took my cat to Dr. Gunter for 4 years (at the Willow Springs Clinic.) He showed concern for her well being but also a level of common sense regarding what we were able to help her with, health wise. Recently, I had to put the cat down and Dr. Gunter, Lori, Jessyn and the entire crew were lovely and compassionate. I feel very fortunate that my coworkers and friends recommended this place and when I get my next pet, I'll be back.

Dr Wes Gunter has been our vet for several years now. Has always taken care of our kids with care and compassion. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We have been to both the Willow Springs and West Plains locations and the care has been excellent at both. So thankful they are there and feel confident in being able to call after hrs and being assured they will help.

I love Priority Pet Care! Dr. Gunter and his team are amazing! My 14 year old baby started experiencing extreme mobility issues in December and it got worse over a short amount of time. They never made me feel bad for making extra appointments, or being emotional as things got worse. Once Dr. Gunter figured out what was wrong, he took his time to answer all my questions and he truly has tried so many different things to ensure that she lives her longest, healthiest, and most comfortable life. I always know she has the best care team at PPC!

Dr. Gunter has been an amazing vet for our pets throughout all the ages& breeds! He’s so knowledgeable. He takes time to educate about the breed, illness, concerns. He was so kind & caring when our Great Dane was sick. I don’t know what we would’ve done without him. His staff are courteous & caring as well! We love them all!

Dr. Gunter saved my cat's life when she developed diabetes and entered into keto acidosis. He went the extra nine miles (not yards) to come in many times over that weekend to take care of her. The staff is absolutely great!

Cannot get an animal into clinic for Emergency services without being an established patient. It was crushing to know you cannot seek help if you accidentally hit someone's pet on the road! *called DURING clinic hours, it wasn't even after hours

Dr. Gunter is the best veterinarian i’ve ever had. He is kind and patient and has a really good sense of humor! It’s very obvious he Loves animals and his job. If you’re looking for a New Vet, I highly recommend him. He also has the best employees! All the girls are very sweet.

My Mom just took her cat to them. As usual, they charge an arm and a leg for very little work. Her cat has a large cyst on its back and that was not treated. The cats nails needed clipping and that too wasn't treated. A rip-off in my opinion.
