We are from michigan was visiting family when we came across an Alan wrench in our explorer tire. Although, they were not familiar with tire care coverage they took great care of us. They patched tire until they could order a new one for us. I appreciate their help and work very much to help get us back home safely :)

The girls at the service desk are awesome! From the very start. My 17 year old daughter was calling around to get her car looked at. She said everyone she called treated her like she was stupid. The girls at ford were the only ones that were very nice to her. We took her car in that she had just purchased from a used car dealership in town. Ford had it for 4 days and when they figured out what was wrong with it they advised us what to do. The car couldn’t be repaired. My daughter and I went to the used car lot and because of a service statement from ford they agreed to let her get another car off of their lot. Ford did everything they could to help us including running codes on a few cars she drove. They help her get in a good car and this whole time Ford only charged us $43. They just wanted my daughter to get in something that would be safe and run good for her as she is going to Springfield to start college. Thank you for caring about young people in our community!

I called and made an appointment to get a purge valve replaced. Drove over 70 miles, sat in the waiting room for an hour to be told they don't have the part and even though it wasn't fixed, it still cost $97. A waste of time.

I have taken my truck to West Plains Morlan Shell Ford for the last year on three different occasions for a supposed failed vacuum pump that thank goodness was covered by my extended warranty in the beginning. Fast forward to now on my FOURTH visit for the same failed vacuum pump and a different tech happens to walk by and says that doesn’t look like a vacuum pump, it looks like a valve cover. So this whole time it’s been a valve cover and not the pump. (By their own admission.) But now my extended warranty is out and Morlan Shell Ford says , nope, it’s not our problem we aren’t going to cover this even though they admit they drop the ball.

We took our Expedition in for an open recall. My husband chose Morlan due to the rating on the service department. We were NOT disappointed at all!! Everyone from the ladies that we checked in with, down to the service guys, were great!! They had the part on hand and was able to get it changed out with no problem. We will be back!! They deserve the 5 star rating!!! Thanks!!
