“I went to my local store today thinking I would have to buy a new phone because mine had been having lots of problems. Zack waited on me and was so helpful. When I told him the phones available were higher priced than my budget could afford, he asked if he could look at my phone and make some changes to it so it would work better. When he was done, it did get rid of the problems. I have social anxiety and hate dealing with salespeople because of how they usually push you to buy something you can't afford. Zack made me feel at ease and surprised me with his honesty. He is a great employee and should be recognized as such.”
