A joke. Seriously. Personal and secure communications shared..check. Employees handling bank transactions while under the influence...check. Mouthy employee and ate up bank manager covering up dirty work...check. Be advised current and past customers your data or anything is not secure. They allow employee(s) to control manipulate customers if they have an issue. Attemped to interfere with federal VA pay. FBI, FDIC, Federal Reserve (St Louis) and AG needs to look into this bank.

Went to cash my pay check at simmons on a Saturday. Lobby is closed of course. Mind you, my employer has been with this bank for years but I do not have an account with them. The woman who talked to me in the drive through told me she would not cash my check because I wasn't a customer and I would have to come back Monday and use the lobby. I've been cashing my checks forever with this bank but different location. Was going to open an account with them but this changed my mind. Apparently their customers checks are not good for non customers

Simmons bank embodies everything that's wrong with banking. They also seem to hire employees who dont care about their customers. Go bank at Community First or West Plains bank if you can help it. Those are good local banks who know what they're doing.

I have had great experiences with this bank. I’m not sure why they have such a low review, because I think they do a fantastic job. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. And I’ve never had to wait long for anything.

This is an awful branch of this particular bank. 0 out of 10 would NOT recommend. Go to Simmons in Mammoth Spring instead. It is superior in comparison.

Since becoming Simmons Bank this location has became the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I have had a account at this location 20 years. Do you self a favor go any where but here.

The tellers at Simmons Bank have always been professional/helpful to me. You have to wait in line sometimes, but given that we're in the middle of a pandemic and everything has to be done in the drive through, it's understandable.
