We absolutely love Freda at H&R Block!!! She has been our tax expert for the last 16+ years and even though we only see her once, maybe twice a year, she always asks about our lives and how things are going. She remembers things from the last time we spoke and works hard to help us find all possible deductions available to us. From the front counter to the tax experts, everyone there is always happy to help and super understanding. Will always recommend H&R Block for the exceptional service and peace of mind they offer.

They were nice at first but then I had some issues with the IRS and now they won't even answer my calls nor return them and I've left multiple voicemails. It's a terrible way to treat anyone especially when they truly need help. Would NOT recommend going there!
