I had my oil filter housing replaced about four months ago, but my truck started leaking oil yesterday. I brought it back to Gary's this morning and explained the situation. The guy at the counter listened carefully and respected what I had to say. He mentioned that they wouldn’t be able to check it until Friday due to a full schedule, which I understood given how busy they were.
Around noon, while I was having lunch, they called to confirm the issue and informed me that the oil filter housing was covered under warranty. They said they’d try their best to fix it today, but couldn’t guarantee it. To my surprise, I got a call around 2:15 PM letting me know that the truck was all fixed and ready to go. The only cost to me was the labor, which I understood since the housing cracking wasn’t their fault.
I was blown away by their excellent service and how well they treated me. Great job, Gary’s! You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I’ll be coming to you for anything I need in the future.

My husband and I were on our way to West Plains from just south of St Louis and had trouble with our car. Long story short God answered our prayers and we managed to get to a safe place to stop. Kind people towed our car to Gary's and we arrived just before closing. The next day we got the call that the problem was diagnosed and repairs were being completed. We were able to pick up the car less than 24 hours after we dropped it off and it was fixed reasonably and correctly. My West Plains family has done business with Gary's for many years and I understand why they are loyal customers. The shop is clean and the people are professional and knowledgeable. I hope future trips to West Plains will be much less eventful but I definitely know who will get our business and recommendations going forward! Thanks so much for your time and attention and we are forever grateful!! BTW. . Our car has never run better!

Had an amazing experience with this company as I was in a bind and under a time crunch with my trailer that I took to them to get the tire replaced as it had just blown and was completely flat. They not only gave me a great price on the new tire but fit me in right away to work with my time sensitive schedule. I ended up taking my trailer back to them a couple days later to replace the other three tires as they were needing to be replaced anyways. Very professional, respectful and generous company! Would highly recommend for all your tire and automotive needs!

I recently left a poor review because I felt like my issue wasn’t being addressed. Gary’s tire called me until I answered and they cared enough to take their time to fix the issue and make me feel valved. I’ve been their customer for many years, they have alway been good to me before this little hiccup. I will continue to use them and recommend their shop.

Hands down,the absolute best shop in town. Had a oil leak on my vehicle. I called them at 7:45 a.m. they said how quick can you have it to us. I was able to get it to them mid- morning. They accessed the situation, called me with results, got it back to me the next day. They also called my warranty, took care of all the red tape.They are fast, friendly and very professional.

There are very few people I trust to touch my vehicles. In all honesty, I can do my own repairs and oil changes, I choose not to because of my work time constraints. These are great guys that try their best everyday! If a mistake is made, they track it down and make it right. You can always trust them to treat the customer right!

Not a horrible place but if you get a tire rotation you better make sure they do it my mother went in and had her tires so called rotated she got home I looked at it never happened. Could have gotten busy and walked away to do some one else vehicle but just pay attention!!

Don't Recommend going there didn't you did not even get the chance to chance to get work done
I made a front end alignment appointment I called them to let them know I was running about 10 minutes late said no problem
When I got there they acted like I had no appointment I asked Hi asked him is this your phone number Showed them my phone they said yes I suggest this is a right place in they said no we have no appointment for you

These guys are busy, and thorough, and have a good system for getting your car done as quick as possible. Prices are reasonable too. No gimmicks to try and have you spend more money - but they'll tell you if something is wrong.
