Staff and Pat are very thorough in the work they do. I was in and out within 3-7 minutes thanks to the very friendly staff.

They are a good pharmacy, but you CANNOT call and speak with a pharmacist. Pat is especially good! But I have to make a drive over there to speak to anyone and that is ridiculous!!!

I made an appt. to get the updated Covid booster and drove an hour to West Plains to get it. Upon arriving on time with proper paperwork in hand, I was told they were out of vacine bc they had given it all to walk-ins this morning. She said she had no idea when they would be restocked.I indicated that I had an appt. and had driven an hour to get there, and the pharmacy staffer said, "Sorry."So, I got back in the car, stopped for gas, and drove an hour to get back home.If I have any choice in the matter, I will not shop at CVS going forward. I only went there today bc it is the only pharmacy were my insurance will cover the booster.I am confident you can find better service almost anywhere else.

I made an appt online to get my updated Covid booster at CVS bc that is the only pharma where my insurance will cover the shot. The online appt service said this store had vaccine in stock - it is a little over an hour away in West Plains, Mo. I drove over and was on time, in short sleeves with documents in hand. Upon arrival, I was told that they had no vaccine onhand bc they had given all the shots to walk-ins this morning. Further, they said they had no idea when they would be restocked. They said they had no info in-store about appts. that were made online for their store. Incredible.I told them I had an appt., drove over an hour to be there, and that CVS was the only pharma where I could get the shot with my insurance. The pharmacy staffer said, "Sorry." So, I got back in the car, gassed up, and drove a little over an hour back to my home - fully dissappointed at having accomplished nothing. If you have a choice of where to do business, you would be wise to go elsewhere. It is difficult to imagine worse service than that which was provided at CVS today.

The doctor prescribed me some medicine yesterday and they still haven’t sent it over. Apparently they do it through the computer system, but the pharmacy is a thirty second walk away. Ridiculous.

Sick with Covid, have tried to get my inhaler filled 3x, they say they can't because they need communication from the doctor. Doctor says they have not contacted them.... the kicker, they are in the same building. When I suggested to the pharmacy that their communication system wasn't working properly, they hung up on me!

The pharmacy and staff were very helpful and accommodating saving me money while meeting my needs. I was visiting in the area and needed to fill a prescription. They voluntarily found a coupon and alternative drug which saved me money. Then I needed prescriptions refilled from home pharmacy. Very pleased with Pat and staff.

Twice they have failed to renew my prescription with my doctor's office and upon returning 1 month later to get my refill, they had still not even put the request in with my doctor's office (I called the Dr. to verify).Once is an honest mistake, twice may be as well, but I can't have a pharmacy that does not stay on top of my prescriptions. That just cannot happen. Staff I spoke to were not helpful or willing to hold actions accountable after I explained the situation. I have since switched pharmacies.

In regarding my-local pharmacy, they are great. Have always performed as expected. They are terribly understaffed which causes some delays in filling orders but all you have to do is wait for a script to be filled and you can easily see that there are not enough employees. For CVS the Corp. only complaint I would have is their insistence on refilling scripts in advance and the impossible way to stop it. Once it's started you cannot. We travel quite a bit and when I try to get a prescription in Arizona and it has been pre-filled at home they must wait until it is put back before they will fill it in Arizona.
