I bought a charging cord and three days later when I unplugged my phone, the end stayed in the phone. I returned it, and the young man was not only arrogant. He said you shouldn’t break your stuff. And would not give me credit for a return and accuse me of breaking it. All did was unplug it and the little Ian came off inside. My phone will never go back there and do business with them ever again

My phone service is good. The young lady helped me the best she could. I was having problems with my app not working.

Edited:Finally the rude woman who’s mentioned by me in earlier post and by other’s is gone! Needed assistance last week and was dreading having to go to cricket.However, the two women who now work there were informative, professional and basically did their job. Thanks!

HORRIBLE customer service. The man working talked to me as if I were stupid and was offering non-solutions. I believe the girl working was named Maggie, she was wonderful. Coming up with potential solutions to my problem, but the guy was shooting them down and then somewhat trying them. If she wouldn't have been there I don’t think he would have “helped” me at all. When I finally gave up and left I got ahold of the customer support line and I was told all they needed to do was verify my ID and the issue would have been resolved (I couldn’t access my account). The guy did look at my ID, but acted as though he couldn’t do a single thing for me. WORST experience I’ve ever had. Had the customer service rep, Youssef, not helped me I would have terminated my service over this. I will NEVER walk in that store again. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.
