JJ and the crew at Clear Creek Golf Carts were outstanding to work with. I purchased a new golf cart and the process was terrific. It took less than two hours to complete the sale and they had all accessories in stock. Cart was delivered the same day. Recommend them to anyone without any hesitation.

Clear Creek Golf Cart…Absolutely Brilliant!! Showed up 20 minutes before close on Saturday..JJ Valade stayed as we test drove any golf cart we wanted on the lot..Answered any questions we had..We ended up purchasing our 2021 Club Car Tempo! Bought on Saturday and he was able to deliver to Twin Lakes Golf Course Monday!! To say the least..JJ was an absolute pleasure to work with on purchasing our new Golf Cart!! Proper brilliant guy!! Would highly recommend JJ and Clear Creek Golf Cart & Utility Vehicles!!

A+ Rating on the staff for making customer satisfaction a priority. I apologize up front for the long read. I purchased a used cart from Brady at Clear Creek in West Plains, after looking at several different models we settled on a nice used 2020 Club Car. Brady was upfront and informative with the information he had available about the unit. To make a long story short the cart was listed with new batteries & shortly after owning it, unfortunate luck happened with a charger/battery issue. After reaching out to JJ about the charger not working he was prompt on getting us a working charger (even delivering it to us). Shortly after trying the new charger we had a battery blow up and several others swell. I called Lane at Clear Creek in Ozark, MO (Main Office) expressing my concerns. He was prompt, professional and devised a plan to fix our issue with JJ in West Plains. JJ got a new complete set of batteries installed and ready to go in less than an hour after I dropped the cart off late one afternoon to them. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received from all the staff. Thank you Clear Creek for going above and beyond to fix my issues.
