Ran me off for parking in there lot for a few minutes without going in to make my purchase because I was on phone with a emergency issue. Lady ask me to leave said I was loitering. Wow really I always shop this store when I'm in west plains and I was not loitering!!! I was on the phone waiting to get off before I could go in store. But folks could pull up flipping and employee off and shirtless and he could be aloud in and out.but no parking and setting in car on phone before going in!! Cant believe the rude people in west plains today!!

I wanted to share my experience publicly since it was the manager that told me to leave the premises with a flat tire and I wasn’t allowed to put air in my tire while the 3 employees stood around without their Covid masks on. Do your company a favor show social distancing and have a mask on before telling me to leave without getting air mr manager. Managers usually lead the way by wearing masks and practicing social distancing its neither me or my tires fault socializing has caused other Casey’s stores in our town to close due to covid infected employees but you seem to set the standard by the way you treat ex customers and keep employees safe by wearing masks while on the Casey’s property ? maybe if you wore a mask I could have put air in my flat tire. Most managers approach customers with a better attitude I was well past the 6ft standard and I will never treat a customer like you and never have.
