Great pharmacy! Always helpful, prescriptions are prompt. Pharmacist is very knowledgeable. Cash prices are the best on most drugs, if needed. They've been waiving copays on alot of drugs due to the Covid-19. Unless your pharmacy is cheaper using your insurance plan I'd use them. Some of their cash prices are cheaper than my insurance plan prices. Rate them 5 stars.

Customer Service could use some improvement but overall a good place to go and typically quicker service then Walmart and Walgreens!

They are rude and hateful especially the heavier set lady and the manager. They were rude in regards to my little boy. Don't go there.

I called to ask the manager why the lady (aka his side kick family or whoever she was) was being rude about my t1d son using their restroom, all right in front of my son.. Even after I said he really needed to go that his sugar was high she said NO. (Its strictly for associates only. ) When I called, He immediately before I even really introduced myself or told who I was or what happened, started ringing me a new a**hole. and for what? He was RUDE, inconsiderate, non-caring. Im so sorry that for some reason it bothered you so much that I asked if my disabled son could use the restroom. If you have your little "rules" fine but don't be rude to us. Uncaring, disrespectful towards children they don't care about anyone. I would not go here!!

It is with deep regret I can no longer recommend Bradford Pharmacy. 3 years ago most awesome pharmacy. For the last 6 months a constant ordeal. You have to check your bags like McDonalds. I go once a month and it is like these people are just there to get paid and don't care about their job or whether people leave with all their medicines. Today I asked if all my meds were ready. No missing 3 I said I called them in over a week ago. Oh well what is date of birth. She comes back I have 1 of the 3. I said well you can keep it since you don't have all of them. and I will just take Logan's. Oh hang on she comes back in 10 seconds with ALL of my meds. I AM SHOPPING AROUND FOR NEW PHARMACY. They obviously don't need the business lol.

Very poor customer service. I spoke to manager and he apologized and said he had hired some new people. After 3 years of perfect service pretty much done. Same woman last 3 times rude and messes up prescription. So sad.
